Return and Exchange Policy

CLAIMS OF RETURN EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS 

Return or exchange of a product will only be considered if the item is defective or damaged during manufacturing. Presumably, if an incorrect item has been shipped accidentally or by miscommunication with the purchaser, then it shall be notified to the sales representative within 48 hours of delivery so that an arrangement is organized for exchange, depending on the particular product availability. Our customer service team will sort this out for you. The complaint has to be lodged within 48 hours of receiving delivery.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR REFUNDS

Unless there is a manufacturing defect, NO exchanges or refunds can be claimed for items that have been damaged as a result of misuse, tampering, improper assembly, or incorrect installation. (For this it is advised to see the product’s user manual or contact our technical support for further assistance in assembling or making the product applicable to use).

REFUND POLICY & PROCEDURE

We will not charge shipping costs for the return of faulty or defective items.

Bank transfer will be refunded without any reductions.
Debit or credit card will be refunded after a 3.5% deduction.
